AoC official Forums - down?

I cant access them, I keep getting "Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /showthread.php on this server." Are they down or I read somewhere they will close them down just before launch and will remake new ones for access only by the people with early access after which when the official game launches they will make available to everyone.

Can anyone shed any light?

well im guessing they will set up the Early Access forums forums and those will be wiped and shutdown
